Rooted in the raw traditions of Piedmont and Delta Blues and carried forward with soulful authenticity, DRT‑Y Blues brings timeless stories to life through voice, guitar, harmonica, and percussion. Featuring original songs and classic covers, we create performances that move seamlessly from foot‑stomping shuffles to slow‑burning blues ballads; each note a conversation, each rhythm a story. Whether in a cozy café, a festival stage, a Sofar Sounds listening room, or a community gathering, we invite listeners into a shared space of rhythm, resilience, and joy. DRT‑Y Blues Acoustic Is Now a Sofar Sounds Artist. We’re thrilled to share that DRT‑Y Blues Acoustic has officially been selected as a Sofar Sounds artist, joining a global community of musicians who perform in intimate, curated listening‑room concerts around the world.
What is Sofar Sounds? Sofar Sounds is an international music organization that hosts secret concerts in unique spaces, living rooms, lofts, studios, galleries, where audiences come specifically to discover new artists and experience music up close. Every show features three artists, a surprise location revealed shortly before the event, and a crowd that’s there to listen.
And now… DRT‑Y Blues Acoustic is part of that movement.
Our Sofar Baltimore debut is August 14 in Mt. Vernon Doors 7:30 PM | Show 8 PM Tickets: Intimate Baltimore concert in Mt. Vernon | Friday 14th August | Sofar Sounds. Location is revealed 36 hours before the show.
